Hi! I'm Sagan Morrow (she/her), your Personal Fulfillment Coach and internationally board-certified Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques with 12+ years of experience in business (as a freelance writer & editor, blogger, author, and online course creator & instructor).
Because of my chronic anxiety, insomnia, and nightmare disorder, traditional productivity methods and business practices weren't a good fit for me — which is why I created personality-based productivity and anti-hustle methodologies (with a foundation of understanding myself better, improving my relationship with myself, and developing my intuition) to customize everything to adapt to my unique needs. What you get:
1:1 coaching call(s) every month (we do this virtually, via video), up to 1 hour each — Sagan will guide the session and coach you on any areas you want to work on, and/or any areas that she identifies as "sticky." (Please note that these are co-created experiences and we are always respectful of your boundaries. If there's anything you'd prefer for us to focus on, or NOT focus on, we'll accommodate that!)
Downloadable recording of the call for you to review and reflect upon as many times as you like. (Sagan will email this to you within 24 hours of our session.)
Frequently Asked Questions
Am I locked into doing this for a specific amount of time?
Nope! You can do this for one month, five years, or anywhere in between. You are also free to pause your subscription at any time and then renew again later. The vast majority of clients benefit from a minimum of 6 months to maximize your results, but that is a recommendation, not a requirement.
Please note that if you pause your subscription and then Sagan gets booked out with clients before you want to renew again, she may not be able to accommodate you — which is also why it's strongly encouraged that you discuss your options with Sagan in advance so you don't miss out!
I'm in a different timezone than Sagan. What days/times does she do coaching sessions?
Sagan is based in Kamloops, Canada, but she has worked with 1:1 clients in multiple timezones and countries (including Australia, UK, and Japan).
Typically we do virtual coaching sessions Tuesday - Thursday, 9am PT - 4pm PT. However, if you are unavailable during that time, we'll find another day/time that suits your needs!

Is this ONLY for solopreneurs?
Nope! Although Sagan specializes in working with solopreneurs, she is an internationally board-certified Life Coach and is available to work with you on your personal life.
These sessions are specifically for PERSONAL FULFILLMENT and mindset coaching — which means ANYONE can benefit from this (not just solopreneurs).
If you want business coaching (and/or if you want a hybrid of coaching, consulting, mentoring, and teaching), we recommend the Solopreneur CEO coaching program (it includes life coaching as part of it).
What is Sagan's scope of practice?
Although Sagan is an internationally board-certified Success & Life Coach, she is not a mental health professional. Coaching can be therapeutic, but it is not therapy.
Sagan is unable to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, we focus on mindset shifts, behavioural change, self-discovery, and building your intrapersonal skills.

What are Sagan's values?
Black lives matter. Indigenous lives matter. Trans lives matter. Sagan is actively committed to social justice, anti-racism, inclusivity, accessibility, diversity, and equity, and she is an alumnus of the Anti-Racism Leadership School. She is sex-positive, believes in a woman's right to choose, and supports mask mandates.
Sagan donates monthly to many important causes that may also be near & dear to your heart, including: Harvest Manitoba (ensuring no Manitoban goes hungry), Main Street Project (serving the needs of Winnipeg's most vulnerable residents), Nature Conservancy of Canada (national land conservation), Indian Residential School Survivors Society (mental health & emotional support for residential school survivors), and Women's Health Clinic (feminist community health clinic), among others.
How do I know if I should choose 2 calls/month or 1 call/month?
It is entirely up to you! Most clients benefit from 2 calls/month in the beginning (e.g. for the first 6 months), and then gradually reducing to 1 call/month as "tune-up" sessions. You are also free to change your mind at any time and switch back and forth as needed.

Can we do a different coaching package than what's listed here?
Yes! We can continue booking as many sessions as you like — e.g. if you prefer an intensive 2-hour session, or 3 calls over the course of a single month, or paying in full for 12 months of coaching, etc.

NOTE: I strongly recommend no fewer than at least 3 coaching calls. Personal fulfillment is an ongoing journey — so, while we can cover a LOT in a single session, you'll get the most out of your coaching experience with a package of ongoing sessions. (3 coaching calls is what I suggest as the "bare minimum," so you can get a taste for what to expect. However, most people will get the best long-lasting results from at least 6 coaching calls.)
Is this right for me?
These coaching sessions are PERFECT for you if you are tired of "getting in your own way," want to develop a better relationship with yourself, don't feel like you have a good handle on your unique strengths or what you want from your life, and/or if you are in need of guidance & support in your personal life. You are willing to do the work & eager to level up ♥

What is the refund policy?
We typically don't do refunds, and here's why: If you are dissatisfied with your experience, then *giving you a refund* will not solve the initial problem you had when you first came to Sagan for help.
Sagan is committed to your success and your complete satisfaction with your coaching experience. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please let us know so we can discuss it, work through it, and ensure that you walk away fully satisfied.
(ALSO: We have yet to have a single person walk away dissatisfied with their coaching experience. Sagan doesn't intend for you to be the first one!)

Terms & Conditions
1. You must complete the initial assessment welcome form BEFORE we book our first one-on-one coaching call. (Upon completing this form, Sagan will be in touch to arrange an appointment time with you.)
2. Each coaching call will each be up to sixty (60) minutes long.
3. You will receive a downloadable recording of your coaching call within approximately 24 hours of the session. If you wish to keep a copy of it for your records, you are responsible for downloading it within one (1) week of getting it (after which it will be deleted from the cloud and may no longer be available for you to access).
4. Your one-on-one coaching call(s) must be booked within three (3) months of purchase, or you may forfeit access to them.
5. This is a coaching subscription service with no minimum obligation or maximum amount. You will be charged on a recurring monthly basis until/unless you choose to pause or cancel your subscription. You are responsible for ensuring your sessions are booked within a timely fashion.
6. We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up! However, in the case of needing to reschedule any sessions, please do this ASAP so we can make adjustments accordingly. Sagan will do the same for you.
7. In the case of Sagan arriving late to a session, you will receive a corresponding extra amount of coaching time from her to accommodate.
8. In the case of you arriving late to a session, it may cut into your session time (and extra amount of coaching may not be provided).
9. Arriving more than ten (10) minutes late to your session may be counted as a no-show to that session.
10. All coaching calls must be paid for in advance. E.g. In the case of your credit card expiring, please ensure it is updated in a timely fashion or any scheduled calls will be cancelled/rescheduled until payment has been processed.
11. Coaching calls are non-refundable. However, we are committed to your satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please share your concerns with Sagan so we can make sure you are fully satisfied with this experience. Please note that if you choose to pause or cancel your subscription, you are responsible for pausing/cancelling your subscription prior to the next payment (You will not be refunded if you accidentally wait until after the cutoff time).
