Using personality typing to improve productivity… What's the best personality test for improving productivity?

There’s a lot we can learn from various personality tests!

The real value is NOT about putting ourselves in a box or slapping a label on *who we are* ourselves as a result of any kind of personality test (from CliftonStrengths to learning styles to Human Design to Enneagram to Meyers-Briggs to astrology or ANYTHING else)...

…Instead, the value of these types of “tests” is about taking the information we can learn from across the board. That’s why the best personality test for improving productivity isn’t any one test. It’s always about what we do with that information that really counts:

What patterns do you notice that come up from taking several of these tests?

When you pay attention to the patterns, you’ll be able to see what it is that you can focus on improving, or what you want to “work on” in your communication style, or what’s important to you, and so on.

A few questions to ask yourself…

      • What comes up for me when I look at my results from different tests?
      • What do the results supposedly "say" about me?
      • What am I making it mean?
      • How can I use this information to learn something about myself, and do something with it?
      • How can I compensate for any weaknesses I notice?
      • How can I work WITH my strengths (and build them up )?

See what incredible “aha!” moments arise as a result of this practice!
